Prime Day 2022 will run from July 12 to July 13 and, as usual, will be a mix of sustained price cuts and ‘lightning deal’ reductions.
The event is exclusively for customers signed up to Amazon’s Prime subscription service, which brings with it next-day delivery and access to the company’s on-demand streaming service.
Even though the actual event is scheduled for next month, early deals will start on June 21.
As always, the best deals will be on Amazon’s own products so it’s the best time to buy an Echo Dot or Fire TV Cube.
Discounts of up to 60% off will be available starting July 8 on select Amazon devices, including Echo Dot (3rd and 4th Gen), Echo Show 5 (2nd Gen), Fire TV Cube, Blink Cameras, Ring Home Security, and Fire 7 Kids Pro Tablet.
The two-day event will also include discounts on brands such as Philips, Bosch, Elemis, Rimmel, Urban Decay, Garnier and Samsung.
Deals on fashion and electronic brands such as Puma, Swarovski, Sony and Bose will also be available.
This year’s Prime Day is set to take place in time for summer after the previous two events took place in June and October following disruption due to the pandemic.
Prime Day 2022 kicks off at 00.01 am on July 12 and runs through to 23.59 pm on July 13.
