Where are the ex-Love Islanders now? This is what happened to all the previous winners and runners-up after they left the villa

As Love Island kicks off its seventh series, we’re wondering what happened to some of the villa’s earlier contestants. Remember them?

There’s also that belief that the runners up have a better chance of staying together over the winners.

So we’re taking a look back at the most successful contestants of Love Islands past – and you’ll be surprised where some of them are at.

Jessica Hayes and Max Morley

After a month out of the villa, the first winners split.

Jessica is now engaged to mechanic Dan Lawry, and they had their first child together in 2019.

Meanwhile Max dated Charlotte Crosby for a while, then had an on-off romance with Laura Anderson (who you can read more about below).

The OG runners up didn’t stay together, but in 2020 rumours were going round that suggested people thought there could be the possibility of them reconnecting.

Since then its gone quiet, which says they probably didn’t have the reunion we all wanted. Sigh.

Nathan Massey and Cara De La Hoyde

These two got married and had a baby boy called Freddie, making them one of the villa’s most successful love stories. Last year they had a daughter called Delilah too.

Alex Bowen and Olivia Buckland

This couple live happily in Essex together with their dog Reggie. They’ve stayed strong sometimes work together on influencer campaigns.

It was a good year for romance on the series! The love has lasted.

Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies

Kem and Amber didn’t last after leaving the villa. Though they split the winner’s money, their relationship didn’t work in the real world.

Amber has gone on to work in theatre and Kem has set up his own restaurant (which the pandemic delayed).

He still works with Chris Hughes sometimes, who he had this Love Island bromance with – that was the real love story of the series.

Jamie Jewitt and Camilla Thurlow

Not only did Jamie and Camilla stay together, they’ve now had a baby girl called Nell! They then got engaged, so they’re about as loved up as ex-Islanders come.

Jack Fincham and Dani Dyer

Jack and Dani sadly split, and now Jack has a child and co-parents, while Dani has a partner who she shares a child with.

Dani’s boyfriend, Sammy Kimmence, is awaiting sentencing due to charges of fraud. So it’s not all breezy…

Laura Anderson and Paul Knop

These two didn’t stay together either – so it wasn’t a successful year for love. Laura told OK! that they split due to not spending enough time together given their work and social lives.

Greg O’Shea and Amber Gill

Greg and Amber sadly didn’t last for long – in fact, there was a lot of drama. Greg dumped Amber via text, and he got a lot of hate for it (naturally).

Greg has now made it to the next Olympics and Amber has a new series about mental health coming up soon, so it looks like they’re doing better apart.

Tommy Fury and Molly-Mae Hague

You’d be forgiven for thinking these two won, given that Molly-Mae is still cashing in on sponsorship deals as an influencer, speaking out on issues such as filler and mental health. Meanwhile Tommy has gone back to boxing.

They’re still happily together and they’re proof of the theory that runners up do better after the show.

Paige Turley and Finn Tapp

Paige and Finn are still going strong. Still today they’re being snapped looking happy and romantic together.

Paige has been working on releasing music, which the pandemic stalled a little, but it seems she’s trying to build her career here.

The couple didn’t get to enjoy their initial moment of fame due to lockdown coming in soon after, but they’re still making the news gossip pages.

Luke Trotman and Siânnise Fudge

Luke and Siânnise are still happily together too, after having bought a place together earlier in the pandemic in south west London.

They also got a puppy together this year called Nala.
