When can I get my booster jab? Boris urges Brits to be part of ‘Great British vaccination'

Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday evening he said: “Whenever your turn comes, get your booster and ask your friends and your family to do the same.

“It’s time for another Great British vaccination effort. We’ve done it before and we are going to do it again, and let’s not give this virus a second chance.”

Secretary of State for Health Sajid Javid has three main changes which have allowed the Government to “put our booster programme on steroids”.

Mr Javid said: “This includes halving the dose interval for booster jabs from six months to three months, expanding the booster doses to include all remaining adults aged 18 and above, and offering booster doses for people who are immunosuppressed.”

PM Johnson has set a new target of offering a booster jab to everyone eligible for one by the end of January in England.
