Amid combat in the opening battle, Vagrant Queen herself, Elida (Adriyan Rae), told her adversaries, “Do I look like I karaoke?”

Well, she just might be in tonight’s broadcast.

The synopsis for tonight’s episode 2, titled “Yippee Ki Yay,” reveals: “The team are forced to stop for repairs, but the cannibals who inhabit the planet have other plans.”

The promo trailer reveals even more about what’s to come for the adventurers as they land on an unknown land, thanks to Winnipeg’s —their spaceship’s — broken machinery.

Isaac (Tim Rozon), Elida and Amae (Alex McGregor) appear to get captured and caged by locals and are told, “Time for the battle!”

Soon, Isaac realizes, the battle is none other than karaoke.

“Oh my God, it’s karaoke,” he says in the clip, just before the beat drops and the the DJ pumps up the rowdy crowd with some dance movies.

With the title of promo video being “Elida and Isaac try karaoke,” it seems the characters might end up having to actually go through with the singing, despite Elida’s episode 1 disdain for it.
