Gaming’s most unlikely anti-hero is proving such a hit with fans he’s replacing the likes of Link and Solid Snake in their own games.
Untitled Goose Game is proving such a hit with some fans that they’ve started adding geese into other games, via fan art and videos.
The trend started on Twitter and spread to Reddit, where people have been adding horrible geese into everything from Metal Gear Solid to Planescape: Torment.
Zelda has also been particularly popular, since Untitled Goose Game came out the same day as The Legend Of Zelda: Link’s Awakening.

The Metal Gear theme tune remix is our favourite though and also fairly relevant given that they’re both stealth games.
Despite what it may sound like Untitled Goose Game is a genuinely great game and one of the best indie titles of the year, where you control a very unpleasant goose whose life goal is to upset everyone in a sleepy English village.
We’ve also thrown in the video of a goose harassing a dog in a boat, with comments from Fatal Fury boss character Geese Howard.
It’s really old but it always makes us laugh. Plus, we think the goose from Untitled Goose Game would approve, since acting like a jerk for no reason is its whole thing.
