The annual festive offer will be active from December 23 to December 27.

It’ll be available for all NHS staff in England, Scotland and Wales, plus Health and Social Care staff in Northern Ireland.

Uber customers need to link their Uber account to a valid NHS or HSC email address by 20 December 2020.

Customers will be sent a promo code which they will need to add to their Uber account in order to claim the offer.

Uber and Uber Eats are free to sign up to – both apps can be downloaded on the App Store and Google Play.

Keep in mind you’ll pay a delivery charge when ordering through Uber Eats.

Delivery fees vary depending on how far away from the restaurant you are.

The Sun has asked Uber if any restaurants are excluded from the deal, and if there is a spending cap, and we’ll update this article when we get a response.

We’re also checking if NHS workers need to ask for the codes to be sent to their email, or if Uber will send them automatically.

In previous years, staff have had to fill out a form to get the discounts.

This isn’t the first time Uber has thanked NHS staff. Last year it gave healthcare workers £20 off takeaways and taxis.
