Tristan Thompson has sold the lakeside home he shared with Khloe Kardashian for $750,000 less than the asking price but he has still pocketed a healthy profit from the deal.
The 30-year-old NBA basketball star has enjoyed an on/off relationship with the 36-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, as they co-parent their daughter True.
The pair have seemingly reconciled at the moment and Tristan has moved to Boston to play with the Celtics, so put his Cleveland house up for sale for $3.25 million.
Unfortunately for the pro basketball star, there were no takers at that price and he had to settle for a slashed down amount of $2.5 million, when the property sold earlier this month.
It won’t have upset Tristan too much though, as he paid $1.9 million for the house, which overlooks Lake Erie, when he bought it in 2015, so it proved to be a profitable investment.
The house was in an exclusive gated community and offered five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in its 6,242 square foot of residence.
The house was where Khloe stayed for the most part of her pregnancy with True and she announced on Instagram last month that her and Tristan were moving out of the property, which was situated in Bratenahl, Ohio.
She told her followers: “I am in Cleveland packing up the Cleveland house, and this will be goodbye.”
Panning over Lake Erie, Khloe added: “I will miss this view so much. There’s literally nothing like it.”
The house officially sold on April 1, according to The Sun, and before Khloe left for the last time, she gave her fans a quick tour during a recent episode of KUWTK.
She shared her sadness that they will be leaving True’s first bedroom behind, which is where she spent the first few months of her life.
