Chelsea are firmly in control ahead of the second leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final against Tottenham, having won the first match 2-0 at Stamford Bridge.

Kai Havertz opened the scoring in west London before a Ben Davies own goal doubled Chelsea’s lead to give them a great chance of reaching Wembley.

Blues boss Thomas Tuchel, however, has warned against complacency, saying: We have no foot in the final, we don’t think about that.

‘It is another tough match in a tough stadium, they are a very good team and have a top, top coach.

‘We are prepared and it is better not to expect too much, we need to be fully aware of everything.’

When is Tottenham vs Chelsea?

The match kicks off at 7.45pm on Wednesday 12 January at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
