Tottenham star Son Heung-min 'would consider Real Madrid move if given superstar status'

Real, for their part, believe Son could become the next Ronaldo due to his potent goal threat on the left wing of Spurs’ attack.

And they’re daring to dream of securing his signature, though two others are currently the priority.

Real’s interest in Mbappe has been well-documented over the years, ever since they missed out on signing the France international back in 2017.

On that occasion, the 23-year-old opted to move to France with Paris Saint-Germain due to a determination to make history in his own country.

But Real have stayed keen on signing the 2018 World Cup winner in the years since and, with Mbappe yet to sign a new contract, are daring to dream.

Should they fail to sign Mbappe, they’d go for Haaland.
