The stockings were hung by the chimney with care.
And Tori Spelling had a special sock made for each of her five children as she showed off new Christmas decor on Instagram Tuesday evening.
The 48-year-old actress held up her very own bright red creation, but noticeably absent from the lineup was husband Dean McDermott’s name, who also took a hit from the family’s holiday card, although Tori insisted he missed out due to his challenging filming schedule.
Saint Tori: Spelling had a special sock made for each of her five children as she showed off new Christmas decor on Instagram Tuesday evening
Tori looked glamourous wearing an emerald malachite dress as she showed off the rainbow palette of colorful stockings.
She changed out the socks for a more playful setting with Liam, Stella, Beau, Finn and Hattie’s names scrawled into cartoon character socks.
Most notably absent from the mantle, though, was husband Dean’s moniker.
The 55-year-old actor was also missing from the family’s holiday card, which Tori revealed days before on social media.

Out of town: Tori Spelling, 48, claimed on Monday that her husband Dean McDermott missed their 2021 family holiday card photoshoot because he was busy on a film set in Canada
She claimed in the comments of her Dean-free family photo that her husband had been out of the country while working on film role.
Dean’s absence from the family holiday card marks his second time missing the shoot, as he was also absent from the couple’s 2020 card due to another work shoot.
‘Dean must be “working” out of town and couldn’t get home in time for the annual Christmas picture,’ the user wrote, along with a winking emoji to indicate their sarcasm.
But they were right on the mark as far as the actress was concerned.
‘Fact: @imdeanmcdermott was filming his new feature film in Canada,’ she replied, topping off her post with a Canadian flag emoji.
Although she wrote that Dean was away on a project, he doesn’t appear to have shared what that feature film is on his own social media accounts, and his IMDB page doesn’t list any films in the works, though the service is not always reliable.
Setting the record straight: After a user implied that Dean was missing because of a split from Tori, she wrote back with the ‘fact’ that he was ‘filming his new feature film in Canada’
Love lost? Tori and Dean have been married for 15 years; seen in 2019
And while he may have been away at work when the photo was taken, PageSix reported Dean was in a ‘fistfight’ on Monday at a local LA hockey rink.
The former Chopped Canada host wore gloves and a helmet, and was spotted ‘throwing punches’ at an opponent on the ice.
The couple — who celebrated their 15-year wedding anniversary in May — has ‘hit a another bump’ and Tori’s not so sure this one’s worth riding out.
Dean, 54, ‘went missing’ for two days after their latest argument, according to Us Weekly sources.
Upon returning home, he told the Inn Love star that he was going to ‘sue her for alimony and child support.’
Tori reminded Dean that their prenuptial agreement signed before they were married would protect her assets in the event of a divorce.
The source added that Spelling ‘went ballistic’ and ‘is pissed at her attorney’ upon learning that McDermott could still sue her for child support if they split.
Tori and Dean reportedly ‘constantly fight,’ but this particular argument was ‘really serious’ and Spelling is ‘miserable’ with her husband.
She has tried counseling and has ‘sucked it up’ for the sake of her kids who seemingly ‘have no idea what’s going on,’ but it’s all becoming too much for the podcast host.

In addition to their marital woes, money has been a huge source of stress for the couple as an insider revealed ‘money is an issue and it’s always been an issue.’
During a recent appearance on the Wendy Williams show, guest host Whitney Cummings asked, ‘What is going on with that guy, Dean? Nothing? Nothing?’
Tori replied, ‘What? You know I’m not going to answer that.’
She revealed a red flag on Jeff Lewis’ podcast earlier this year when she admitted that she sleeps in a different bedroom than her husband.
‘Right now, my kids and dogs sleep in my bed,’ Spelling said in June, adding that her spouse was sleeping ‘in a room’ at their house after returning home from filming a project.
‘Since he left — this is not good, you guys — but since he left [and] he was gone for six months filming in another country, they all stayed with me,’ she continued. ‘So I currently still have four in the bedroom with me who have yet to go back to their rooms, yes.’
