Thomas Tuchel can draw inspiration from Jurgen Klopp amid growing Timo Werner conundrum

Liverpool’s iconic front three is almost unbeatable, and to break into it would take a serious effort from a consistently world-class player, but despite this Klopp finds a lot of success during the latter stages of matches when he eyes rotation.

Although not held in too high regard by many, Divock Origi again proved why he is such a useful asset at the club on Saturday, as his last-gasp winner off the bench salvaged three vital points for Liverpool and kept them in hot pursuit of the Manchester City at the top of the table.

This wasn’t a cameo appearance though, as Origi has regularly come off the bench to make an impact, most notably as he scored late in the Champions League Final to wrap up success against Tottenham in 2019.

Werner may not be as comfortable sitting on the bench as Origi appears to be, but with his electric pace and ability to test tired defences, the German could be a real menace for Chelsea when being used late on in crucial matches.
