WANTED star Max George and girlfriend Stacey Giggs were burgled after he performed at an intimate hotel gig, The Sun can reveal.
The Glad You Came singer, 31, was playing for a handful of fans at 4-star Abode in Manchester on Friday night before the theft.

His room was “ransacked” and someone made off with luxury items believed to include a Rolex watch, sources claim.
George gave a solo gig to fans in the hotel’s brasserie before doing a meet and greet when witnesses say he and girlfriend Stacey, 40 – Ryan Giggs’ ex – were abused by a thug.
The popstar then went back to his room and found it had been ransacked “for thousands of pounds worth of luxury goods”.
A source told the Sun: “Max was meeting fans and having his pictures taken.

The other guy started bad-mouthing his girlfriend.
“Max was shaken and went straight up to his room, where he found out he’d been broken in to. His girlfriend Stacey also had her stuff stolen – there were tablets, money and his Rolex.”
Mancunian George had posted excitedly about “playing my hometown” ahead of the gig and delighted fans uploaded pictures and videos of them at the hotel with him.
But The Sun understands it turned sour later on following a scuffle at the meet and greet.

A representative for George confirmed there was an ongoing police investigation but could not comment further.
Greater Manchester Police said: “Police were called to a report of a burglary at a hotel on Piccadilly, Manchester shortly before 12.15pm on Saturday 29 February 2020.
“A man forced entry to a room before stealing a handbag. A man has been arrested and remains in custody. Enquiries are ongoing.”
George hooked up with Stacey last year after she split with her cheating ex-husband Ryan Giggs in 2017.

She invited him to move into her £3.5million mansion in Worsley, Gtr Manchester last October and the couple are said to be “head-over-heels in love”.
Max, who was previously engaged to former Coronation Street star Michelle Keegan, 32, is on good terms with Stacey and Ryan’s children, Zach, 13, and Liberty, 16.
In June he said in an interview with Closer Magazine that he wanted to settle down with his new love.
He said: “I’ve always wanted to get married, and I love kids.
“I wouldn’t be with her if I didn’t see a future. I don’t want to jinx it, but I can really see myself ending up with Stace.”
