Osher Günsberg likes to look sharp as Channel 10’s go-to reality TV host. 

But on Thursday, the 47-year-old decided to turn back the clock and relive his younger years in his latest Instagram post.

The Masked Singer host shared a photo of himself dressed down wearing a long, luscious brown wig for his adoring followers.

He donned a black t-shirt emblazoned with metal band Silent Knight, and held up a rock ‘n’ roll salute.

‘Recently I got to go back in time and re-live my younger years,’ he wrote in the caption.

‘It was pretty fun to don the wig and take a walk down memory lane to the 90’s in my long shorts (or were they short longs?),’ he wrote.

‘I don’t know about you but back in the day I always had the volume turned up to 11 and protecting my hearing wasn’t top of mind,’ he recalled, referring to a work with audiology company Connect Hearing.

‘There were rock shapes to perfect, after all,’ the presenter added.

He now hosts The Masked Singer, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette and it also a mental health advocate.

In the past, Osher has publicly discussed his struggles with depression, social anxiety disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.

Earlier this month he told New Idea: ‘Reaching out to another human being was the thing that saved my life.’
