China’s antitrust watchdog issued a conditional merger clearance and fined a logistics cartel for rigging bids and allocating the market. In India, the antitrust authority fined a price-fixing cartel in the paper sector and ordered a full investigation into alleged abuse of dominance by table tennis organisations.
