Hot on her heels was former Celebs Go Dating love coach Nadia Essex who gushed: ‘Wow, stunning. Huge congratulations.’

Despite gushing over the happy news, Leah remained tight-lipped about who her fiancé is.

The reality star has been keeping her personal life private since splitting from her Apprentice co-star, Mark Wright, in 2016.

Leah, who owns multiple Botox clinics, and Australian entrepreneur Mark, who won the show in 2014, parted ways due to their busy schedules.

Mark said at the time: ‘We are both incredibly driven people and, due to our busy schedules, the relationship just wasn’t working, so we decided to go our separate ways.’

Lord Sugar invested £250,000 in Leah’s business after she won Series Nine three years ago, aged just 24, despite people labelling her showdown with finalist Luisa Zissman the ‘battle of the bimbos’.

She has since proved a divisive figure with some leading cosmetic surgeons claiming her level of experience when she launched her business was ‘inadequate’.

But Leah, a former doctor, went on to open a successful clinic in Moorgate, central London.

The beauty entrepreneur took to Twitter to write: ‘Exciting morning at launch of our NEW Dr Leah Clinic in Loughton, Essex’, alongside a smiling selfie.
