Among the festive finds, Tesco shoppers can get a 7ft evergreen tree for £20, down from £40, which works out as 50% off.

Facebook page Money Saver Online has also spotted a 6ft alpine snow tree for £45, down from £60, saving you £15 (25%).

Sadly you can’t buy Tesco’s Christmas trees online, so you’ll need to visit your nearest store to get your hands on one.

Tesco told The Sun the trees are available in its larger stores, although it hasn’t yet confirmed which ones.

The supermarket is also yet to share a full list of trees on offer, so we’ll update this article once we hear back.

Tesco has also reduced its Christmas lights by up to 50%, which was first spotted by Facebook page Bag a Weekly Bargain in store.

But prices have also been slashed online, with the price of a pack of 20 lights starting from just £1.50, down from £3.

Or you can snap up a pack of 100 lights for £5, down from £10.

Tesco told The Sun the discounts are available until December 13, so there’s still plenty of time to take advantage of the deals.

Separately, Tesco has also reduced a bunch of Christmas decorations online and in store by up to 25%.

The supermarket giant has around 4,000 stores across the UK.

You can find your nearest one by using its store locator tool but it’s worth calling ahead to check if your local is running the discount.

It could be worth doing as Tesco is offering the cheapest 7ft tree we could find, with Wilko selling one for £40, down from £60.

While Argos has also reduced its £60 snow Christmas tree to £45.

If you’re after Christmas lights, Tesco is again working out as the cheapest option with Wilko selling a pack of 20 lights for £2.50.

Argos and Very are among the retailers to bring back their half artificial Christmas tree for those who can’t be bothered to decorate.
