Super-healthy Victoria Beckham enjoys indulgent Paris date night


She usually sticks to a healthy lifestyle and recently revealed her nutritious yet very pricey breakfast of avocado on toast made with £6 loaf of Ezekiel 4:9 bread.

Yet Victoria Beckham took the time to indulge in some delicious treats on Friday evening, as she enjoyed a delicious date night with husband David in Paris.

The fashion designer, 45, and her former footballer beau tucked into buttery escargot, mounds of chips, dover sole and berries covered in clotted cream.

The couple were dining out at Chez l’Ami Louis, which has previously been dubbed the ‘world’s most famous bistro’ and serves meals in a traditional French setting.

Victoria and David headed for dinner after stopping by at the Dior Men’s show with their son Brooklyn, however it was just the two of them during the romantic meal.

While dining on the mouth-watering delicacies, the couple sipped on glasses of Romanee Saint Vivant Grand Cru, which coasts on average £2,000 per bottle.

The following day, Victoria displayed her incredibly svelte frame in a stylish ensemble from her upcoming collection, consisting of a yellow polo neck and green trousers before heading back out into the city.

Taking to Instagram, the former Spice Girl, shared a snap of the healthy breakfast staple made with bible inspired wholegrain Ezekiel 4:9 bread – and admitted her children love it.

However fans hoping to replicate the simple dish will have to spend a little more on their humble loaf, which retails at a rather costly £5.95.

The loaf, made from sprouted grains, is only available from Amazon’s grocery store in the United Kingdom and takes its name from the Hebrew prophet, a central protagonist in the Book of Ezekiel.

With the bread only available online in the United Kingdom, anyone looking to splash out will also have to spend an unholy £2.99 in delivery charges.

The extortionate price is understood to be based on its inflated labour costs, caused by its use of sprouted grains and pulses.

It is also is developed without the use of flour, genetically modified organisms and refined sugars

While it retails at a significantly higher price than the standard loaf, Ezekiel has a series of nutritional benefits, including an increase in vitamins B1, B2, and vitamin E.

Victoria is also said to be a fan of the Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain cereal, another costly buy at £7.56 a box.

Taking to Instagram shortly after revealing her costly taste in bread, the health conscious mother shared a snap of her light lunch – a bowl of mixed fruit.

Captioning the image, she wrote: ‘Pretty snack.’
