Sergio Ramos explains why he hopes Paul Pogba completes Real Madrid transfer

Sergio Ramos believes Manchester United star Paul Pogba would help to bring “balance” to Real Madrid and says that the midfielder could still make the move to the Bernabeu.

Pogba, 26, was heavily linked with a move to the La Liga giants over the summer after emerging as a leading target for Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane.

Although the French World Cup winner indicated his desire to leave the Red Devils, he ended up staying at Old Trafford after the Premier League club refused to budge on their £150million valuation of a player they bought for £89m in 2016.

However, with Madrid expected to renew their interest next summer, captain Ramos has not ruled out linking up with Pogba in the future and believes the midfielder would make a valuable addition to the current squad.
