The pair unfollowed each other on Instagram and Lee hid his relationship status on Facebook.

“He’s walked out and Scarlett’s been begging him to come back,” a source told us.

“It looks like a case of leopards never changing their spots, as there are still a lot of trust issues between them.”

Friends believe their relationship is ‘built on lies’, especially after they started dating when Lee dumped his ex-girlfriend Sam in December last year.

“There’s been a lot of arguments recently and he’s made a big deal of hiding his relationship status,” the pal went on.

“They’ve been messaging since he walked out, and Scarlett’s begged him not to leave her. They’ve both changed their profile pictures on all social media. It seems pretty final this time.”

The friend says Scarlett and Lee’s latest fight was sparked by her texting her ex, and Lee changed his Facebook profile picture from one of him and Scarlett to a solo shot of himself in the gym.

Lately, Scarlett has also come to the defence of Love Island star Megan Barton Hanson after people trolled her over her pre-surgery pics.

Posting on Twitter, she urged people to stop “bullying” Megan over the way she used to look before spending a rumoured £25,000 transforming her appearance.

She said: “I’ve got to speak out! Megan looks beautiful before and after surgery.

“It’s horrendous. Comments like the ones I’ve seen on social media drive women to feel like they’re not good enough and make them feel they need to change themselves!

“Stop this bullying! # loveisland”.
