Sainsbury's toy sale start date leaked online by bargain-hunter


One bargain-hunter has leaked the date of Sainsbury’s forthcoming toy sale.

A member of online deals forum hotukdeals.com shared top-secret details of the impending price cuts Sainsbury’s will be rolling out in stores and online at sainsburys.co.uk with fellow readers, claiming the the top-secret information was shared by an insider.

The user, called goonertillidie , wrote “Hey folks, i’ve had a bit of info shared to me by an ‘insider’ who’s ‘in the know’ regarding the Sainsbury’s half price toy sale.

“I know it’s a biggie on members calendars so thought i’d share with you!”

The shopper then goes on to reveal the date for 2019’s discounting will kick off on 16th October 2019 and end on Tuesday 22nd October 2019.

So mark the dates in your calendar if you’re keen to pick up some heavily discounted offers ahead of the Christmas rush.

An ‘insider’ leaked details

 

However, the savvy shopper is quick to point out dates are not 100% confirmed.

The news will come in handy for thousands of shoppers already making a start on their Christmas shopping, especially with less than 100 days to go.

Last year the supermarket giant kicked off the toy sale on 17 October .

Similarly in 2017 the toy sale started on the 18 October , so it’s highly likely that the dates that have been shared online are accurate.

We reached out to reps from Sainsbury’s who were unable to confirm or deny the claims.

Customers can expect top products from well known brands like Disney, LEGO, Chad Valley, Peppa Pig , LOL Surprise and Barbie.

Stock general sells out fast, so shoppers are advised to hit their local store early or head online first thing to avoid disappointment.
