Real Madrid star Gareth Bale makes decision on China transfer after Zinedine Zidane claim

Real Madrid star Bale is primed to leave the club this summer after six years at the Bernabeu.

This was recently confirmed by Los Blancos manager Zinedine Zidane, who said on Sunday morning: “Bale was left out [of the defeat to Bayern Munich] because the club are trying to sell him.

“If he can go tomorrow, it would be better.

“It’s nothing personal, I don’t have anything against Bale, but I have to make decisions. There comes a time when it’s time to change and it’s good for everyone to go their separate ways.

“Leaving is the decision of the coach, and also the player, who knows the situation.”

Manchester United, Bayern Munich, PSG, Liverpool and Tottenham have all been touted as potential suitors for the Real Madrid misfit.

Yet Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo say the Wales international is wanted over in China.

However, the problem is that Bale has no interest in going to the Chinese Super League at this moment in time.

Juangju Sunnin are prepared to offer him a huge salary worth £13.5million per year.

Bale currently earns £15m annually at the Bernabeu.

But despite the offer of a salary similar to his current one, it appears the 30-year-old has no interest in making the move.

Meanwhile, former Chelsea star Tony Cascarino has expressed a belief that Bale should return to England.

“I think he should come back to these shores, because there are clubs playing an exciting brand of football,” Cascarino said on talkSPORT.

“But unless Gareth gives something back and his demands are not so demanding on a football club where they’re thinking it’s costing us an awful lot of money and yes we’re getting a very good player, then it won’t happen.

“It’s got to be structured differently for Gareth, but he can’t expect to be paid the same sort of money he’s on now at Real Madrid.

“Gareth has to force the issue and come out and say ‘I want to leave Madrid, I don’t want to stay there’.

“He needs to make it clear he wants to be part of something elsewhere, as at Madrid he’s just been banished from the squad.”
