Piers Morgan vows 'you won't break me' as he hits the gym with Olympic trainer

Piers Morgan has told his new trainer that she won’t break him as he works up a sweat under her watchful eye.

It seems GMB’s resident firebrand Piers, 55, has recruited Olympian Sarah Lyndsay to help his craft a chiselled physique.

He shared on social media a snap of himself in the gym, a dumbbell in each hand and sweat soaking his shirt.

Sarah stands to the side in a face mask, thrusting a motivational finger Piers’ way.

“Back in the game,” Piers bragged, “ps You’ll never break me @roarfitnessgirl.”

And ever one to take a crack where he can, Piers drew plenty of ribbing in the comments.

Referencing Piers’ choice of gym clothing, Vernon Kay joked: “Good to see the Golf T is multifunctional…”

Lee Westwood jabbed: “I see you spilt your water down your shirt. How’d you miss that mouth!”

Never shy of controversy, Piers latest target was reality star and businesswoman Kim Kardashian, who he recently branded a “tone-deaf imbecile” in a blistering rant.

Kim had tweeted about the holiday she took with her nearest and dearest to mark her 40th, Piers having none of it and claiming the tweets weren’t appropriate during a global pandemic.

He’s hit out at both Covid conspiracy theorists and Kim Kardashian recently

He wrote: “This thread is so repulsive it makes me want to vomit. Not that we needed confirmation but what a spoiled, tone-deaf imbecile.”

He’s also clashed with Covid-conspiracy theorists in recent months.

Piers has made no secret of his opinions on the pandemic and the government’s handling of it, and he was met with sick threats after he told those who don’t understand the second wave’s severity to unfollow him.

He’s not shy with an opinion or two

“Can all Covidiots please just unfollow me and f**k off,” he initially put.

“This 2nd wave is extremely serious & I’m not interested in your insane conspiracy theories, your dumb fake charts, your ‘proof’ that covid’s ‘not as bad as the flu’ – or any of your ignorant abusive garbage.”

Meanwhile, his legendary GMB rants and fiery interviews have landed broadcast regulator Ofcom with complaints about his conduct.

His interview with Hancock sparked complaints

His brutal questioning of Health Secretary Matt Hancock and care minister Helen Whately sparked a flood of complaints.

But Ofcom cleared Piers after they ruled he had been performing his journalistic duty during the interviews.

Piers has also accused the government of “boycotting” GMB to avoid his questions.
