The 50-year-old actress shared an image with her Instagram followers where she had an IV in her arm while in a hospital frock.

The raven-haired star was makeup free and looked exhausted as she flashed a rocker sign.

There was a heart monitor clip on her index finger and that IV looked painful as there was blood around the entry point. Her arm also had several tattoos on it.

The TV favorite had a hospital smock over grey slacks and her hospital wristband was on display.

Perrette said she was fine but did not reveal what brought her to the hospital in the first place.

‘Well this was my night! No worries, clean bill of health,’ she captioned the photo. ‘Just a chance to wear a beautiful gown!’

Pauley left her role as forensic scientist Abby Sciuto on NCIS last year after working on the show with star Mark Harmon for 15 seasons.

She had said on social media that she had been physically assaulted on the show but the ‘machine’ was forcing her to be silent.

‘Maybe I’m wrong for not “spilling the beans” Telling the story, THE TRUTH. I feel I have to protect my crew, jobs and so many people. But at what cost? I.don’t know. Just know, I’m trying to do the right thing, but maybe silence isn’t the right thing about crime. I’m… Just… ?’ she tweeted.

She also wrote, ‘There is a “machine” keeping me silent, and feeding FALSE stories about me. A very rich, very powerful publicity ‘machine’. No morals, no obligation to truth, and I’m just left here, reading the lies, trying to protect my crew. Trying to remain calm. He did it,’ she continued.

Another tweet said, ‘I’ve been supporting anti-bullying programs forever. But now I KNOW because it was ME! If it’s school or work, that you’re required to go to? It’s horrifying. I left. Multiple Physical Assaults. I REALLY get it now. Stay safe. Nothing is worth your safety. Tell someone.’

Vanity Fair claimed the reason she left NCIS was because Harmon’s dog bit a crew member. Afterwards, Mark allegedly kept bringing the dog on set, though another source said the canine was on a leash.

It is still not clear what really happened.

Last week Pauley announced her return to the small screen with the upcoming CBS comedy Broke.

Her character finds herself living with her brother-in-law after he is cut off by his rich parents.

Her costars are Jaime Camil and Natasha Leggero.
