OLIVIA Attwood has explained that her furious Marbella bust-up with Courtney Green was over being branded a bully.
But last night Olivia defended her “opinionated” persona, insisting there had been “a lot of drama” between her and Courtney and Chloe Meadows since she joined the Essex reality show.
She told the Mail: “I just feel like they don’t like me at all. There was some agg after Sunday night’s episode after Pete [Wicks] and I were branded bullies.
“Bully for me is such a big word. It is such a sensitive conversation. I noticed they were retweeting and liking comments on social media that I was a bully and that really annoyed me.
“I am a lot of things but I am not a bully. It is not bullying to have an opinion, they are two different things.”
As we revealed, Liv and Chloe began arguing at the cast’s welcome drinks, before Courtney joined the row and called her “trashy”.
A source said: “She retaliated by trying to throw olives in her direction. A screaming Liv was then dragged away by security as she shouted insults at Courtney. She was then given a warning by production to calm down.”
Olivia explained: “Courtney called me trash and I’m not having anyone talk to me like that. I was really offended.
“The next thing I know I’ve thrown some olives over but I didn’t throw them at her because if I had meant to they would have hit her straight in the forehead because I’m a good aim. That wasn’t my intention.”
Last night, Olivia made light of her hurling of the bitter fruit, posting a video on Instagram where she said she was going “out out” but insisted: “No olive throwing tonight.”
Her Towie co-star Chloe Ross added: “We’ll just eat them instead.”
Olivia made her debut as a full-time cast member on Towie earlier this month, and she is said to have rubbed many of her cast mates up the wrong way with her fiery attitude.
Earlier this series, she clashed with Chloe over her fall out with Shelby Tribble, and has also been vocal in support Chloe Sims and Clelia Theodorou in their respective dramas.
Our insider continued: “Olivia joined Towie with such force she had already made some enemies.
“She has already sided with Clelia over her fall out with Shelby and has also sided with Celebs Go Dating pal Chloe Sims over her love triangle with Dan Edgar and Amber Davies.
“While lots of viewers have taken to social media to praise Liv’s no nonsense approach, she has put a lot of noses out in such a short period of time.
“There is now a huge divide in the cast with more drama expected to kick off today.”
