OAP Iris says she no longer needs to use KY jelly as she chats on This Morning

She hit headlines at the start of the year for discussing her sex life on national TV and now 81-year-old Iris Jones says she no longer needs to use ‘KY jelly’ as she is reunited with her 36-year-old boyfriend Mohammad Ahmed Ibriham.

Iris and Mohammad joined Phil and Holly on This Morning via video link after spending a few months apart during lockdown but Mohammad wasn’t happy with her last TV interview.

Iris and Mohammad spoke to Holly and Phil

Iris said: “He said why was I so graphic? I said because I speak the truth! I mean I brought a tube of KY Jelly with me this time! We didn’t open it, we haven’t used it! I might take it back to the shop and get my money back.”

Mohammad added: “Iris I told you not to say that! I am very sorry!”

Holly and Phil laughed as they said they didn’t mind, that’s why they love her.

Back in January, Iris, 81, revealed to Phil and Holly all about her sex life with Mohammad.

At the time she said: “No one had been near me for 35 years, I thought I was a virgin again.

“Can I say what we used? A whole tube of  KY Jelly.”

“And the thing is, I couldn’t walk the next day. I felt as if I’d been riding a horse. Saddle sore wasn’t in it.

“Anyway we got over that. The sex is not the important thing because I can’t sleep with him. You get an elbow in the face, a knee in the back, he’s terrible.”

Now, the couple said they had been planning to get married but due to the amount of paper work it has been difficult but described their relationship as ‘full blown love’.

Iris said: “We had an appointment at the Embassy, for September the 16th and everything went according to plan, they wished us well, with the Egyptian authorities, that’s where we had to go to next but there’s been a few problems with them, there’s so many documents”.

She said she wasn’t too fussed about getting married but the culture over in Egypt prefers married couples. She said: “It’s different rules and regulations over here they prefer couples to be married before they sort of live together and it’s part of their culture.”

Iris said she met her man after he messaged her online last year and she always wanted to visit Egypt to see the pyramids and Mohammad offered to be a tour guide. Phil asked Mohammad why he thinks they need to get married.

He said it was part of his culture but doesn’t like being portrayed as a ‘toyboy. He said: “Because it’s part of the culture. I met Iris on the net and we chat, chat, chat all the time. She wanted to come to Egypt to see the pyramids so I met her.  I found Iris understood me and made me feel comfortable.”

“Age makes no difference. This is our life, Iris chose me and I chose Iris that’s all that matters. Lots of people attack our love, it’s none of your business, focus on your life, go to hell that is all.”
“I am angry about what people say about me in the media that I am a toyboy, I am not a toyboy I am a man. ”

Iris added: “A toy boy means game, our lives are not a game. Normally Mohammad is very, very shy when he’s speaking, he’s not shy in bed!”

Iris then said they are doing all they can to prove to the world they are in love. She said: “We are trying to rush the Egyptian Embassy and the Home Office in Britain to get the papers sorted out so we can say we are well and truly married and be able to prove to the world that age makes no difference to love.

She added: “I am 81 years old I never dreamed about a perfect love but when I meant Mohammad, I realised that dream came true, it is real true love and the age gap just disappears into the distance.”
