N-DUBZ fans don’t have long to wait until their epic comeback.
The British hip hop group – made up of Tulisa, Dappy and Fazer – formed back in 2000.
After 11 successful years, including two albums and eight songs that made the UK Singles Chart, they decided to go their separate ways.
But now the trio are writing new music, which will hopefully be released at the end of 2022.
A source told The Mirror: “The long awaited reunion of N-Dubz is on the cards, with the plan being that new music will be ready before the end of the year.”
Before that, Fazer, 34 – real name Richard Rawson – will be releasing his new single Tears in February.
The source added: “It will blow people away, it is deeply personal, and about losing loved ones, it will hit home with a lot of people.”
His bandmate Dappy, also 34 and goes by the real name of Costadinos Contostavlos, will also be busy in the recording studio producing music too.
Fans were convinced that the band were getting back together in November when they updated their cover photo on their official Facebook page.
One wrote: “It’s happening
Another said: “OMG ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS!! BRING BACK MY CHILDHOOD
A third chimed in: “Please say they’re getting back together!
I still listen to their music!”
They were also sure of a reunion when it was revealed that they helped co-write Lady Gaga’s song Feels So Good in 2020.
And Tulisa – real name Tula Paulinea Contostavlos – set tongues wagging when she teased they were getting back together the year before.
The former X Factor judge, 33, told OK! Magazine: “One day, I’m sure it will come. When the time is right.”
“It will come one day!”
Fazer then took to Twitter to confirm the rumours.
The rapper tweeted at the time: “100 per cent, that’s definitely going to come really soonish.
“Not right now, we’ve all got individual things we’re focusing on at the minute, but obviously it’s all about timing.”
Fazer later added: “Just to clarify, it would be “new N-Dubz music” not a reunion like say we’re steps or something.”
