The cleaning guru has become an online sensation with her cleaning tips and lessons.
But fans of the 30-year-old won’t have known about the star’s incredible weight loss journey which she mostly keeps to herself.
Mrs Hinch revealed all when she jumped on a viral challenge, telling how she lost eight stone, according to The Mirror.
On Wednesday evening, Mrs Hinch – real name Sophie – took to herstory and posted a throwback photo of herself when she was heavier in her early 20s.
The TV star posed in a black cardigan and pink floral skirt, beside a more recent image of herself in a cut-out swimsuit.
The mum-of-one looked outstanding in the tiny one-piece, looking noticeably slimmer as she posed in the beaming sun on holiday.
Alongside the photos, Sophie wrote: “You never really know someone’s journey.. Always be kind xx.”
She bravely opened up about her body transformation journey in recent months, revealing she had a gastric band fitted after gaining a lot of weight in her teens.
A gastric band is fitted around the upper part of your stomach, interrupting the sensors that tell your brain you are hungry.
They reduce the size of your stomach, forcing you to eat smaller portions.
This reduces how much you eat and how often, causing you to lose weight quickly.
She previously said: “Before I knew it, I was eating for what felt like eating’s sake. I was getting pizzas and deliveries. I love food, even now.”
At one point, the social media star said she started wearing “baggy clothes to hide the weight”.
Sophie says her weight loss was eventually spurred on after a “humiliating” trip to a fairground where she couldn’t fit in the ride.
“It hit me… the stares, the way people look at you,” she said.
However after a complete lifestyle change, the star looks sensational and is happier and healthier than ever.
