The Catalans are one of several clubs linked with the Borussia Dortmund striker this summer.
Raiola and Haaland’s father, Alf-Inge, were spotted in Spain this week as they held discussions with both Barcelona and Real Madrid.
The Italian super agent, who also has Paul Pogba as one of his clients, is looking to secure an annual salary of €30m for the Norwegian forward.
They are also adamant that Lionel Messi must remain at the Nou Camp if they are to make the move.
But Raiola is also seeking a considerable bonus himself for his role in the deal. Haaland’s father would also receive €20m, reports Catalan radio station RAC1.
Those fees go alongside the figure that Barcelona would have to cough up to secure the player’s signature.
Several Premier League clubs are also keen on the Dortmund star with both Manchester clubs seen as potential destinations.
Haaland’s goalscoring exploits and age profile make him possibly the most wanted man in football.
The 20-year-old has underlined his desire to play Champions League football which makes his Dortmund exit all the more likely.
A 2-1 defeat to Frankfurt on Saturday means Dortmund face an uphill task to finish in the Bundesliga’s top four.
Despite that Dortmund chief Sebastien Kehl maintains that the club are planning for the future with Haaland in mind.
“We are dealing with the situation in a very relaxed manner,” he said.
“We have of course been following it, but we just had a very good conversation recently [with Mino Raiola]. We are planning with Erling.”
