Michelle Pfeiffer and her producer/writer husband David E. Kelley were able to get rid of their home in LA‘s exclusive Pacific Palisades community in a hot second.

The A-list couple listed the estate for $25million in July and agreed to an offer just one week later, according to TMZ, whose insiders say they got close to asking price. 

Michelle and David originally snagged the spot in January 2020 for $22,250,000, so they likely broke even if you factor in the costs of upkeep and renovations.

This Old World-inspired villa – which was listed by Cindy Ambuehl at Compass – sprawls over 10,300 square feet, along with six bedrooms and eleven baths.

Because the home was listed privately, there are limited details about the property.

But renderings of the home created by VoxlVision artists Austin Peppel and Ted Vitale give a good idea of its timeless appeal.
