The Blues have managed just one win in four this season since Lampard took up the reins, and face a Wolves side equally desperate for three points – with Owen tipping a victory for the home side.
Brendan Rodgers’ side have enjoyed an unbeaten start so far this campaign, and Owen picked out one player to have his say.
“Jamie Vardy has been involved in 14 goals in 14 league games since Brendan Rodgers took over at the King Power Stadium and I expect to see the Foxes get a point at Old Trafford from what promises to be an open, exciting affair,” Owen told Bet Victor .
Owen said: “I can’t split the sides at Vicarage Road and I’m going for a point apiece.”
“[Kevin] De Bruyne has been involved in nine goals in his last seven starts in the Premier League and Norwich will have their work cut out to keep this exceptional City side at arm’s length,” Owen said.
Owen feels the Hammers could nick it at Villa Park while the Saints can take all three points from Bramall Lane.
Brighton will be looking to bounce back from two successive defeats as they face Burnley at home, but Owen sees little between the sides, and Everton head to the south coast for a potential barnstormer with Bournemouth – who, ravaged by injuries could have problems dealing with the Toffees.
