If you need some good news to finish off the year – this could be it. McDonalds is finally bringing back the Big Tasty.

The much-loved classic burger will be back in McDonald’s restaurants from the 30th December, but it will only be around for six weeks, so you’ll have to be quick if you want to get your hands on one.

The Big Tasty – one of McDonald’s customer favourites – will be available with or without bacon.

Th burger itself is made with fresh British and Irish beef and it is topped with melty cheese made with Emmental, tomato, lettuce, slivered onions and lashings of Big Tasty sauce, all on a sesame seed bun.

As the name suggests, it is both big and tasty.

And this classic comeback isn’t the only exciting offering at McDonalds this month, the fast food chain also announced the launch of limited edition Katsu Curry Chicken McNuggets featuring a crispy Katsu Curry panko breadcrumb coating, served with their classic Sweet Curry dip.

If that wasn’t enough, also making a return is the signature limited edition Galaxy Salted Caramel McFlurry – available in both mini and full sizes from the 30th December.

So, if you’re sick of turkey it might be time to venture out to your nearest Maccies for an alternative festive treat.
