And nearly three decades later, Mark Wahlberg still can’t help but show off his toned body.
On Monday, the 49-year-old posted a short video to his Instagram account to remind his followers about his impressive physique.

The actor appeared to be having a relaxed morning as he enjoyed some unusually warm winter weather.
The former singer went topless for the video in order to display his chiseled body; he also wore a pair of dark grey Municipal athletic shorts, in addition to two white wristbands.
The Ted actor made a point of wearing a blue face mask to keep himself protected from any potential exposure to COVID-19.
In addition to tagging the account for the clothing line, the caption for the post read: ‘Isolation quarantine Family only!’

Wahlberg co-founded the Municipal brand with his business partner Stephen Levinson last year with the intention of creating clothing that could be worn during everyday activities while also serving as athletic apparel.
Wahlberg has made numerous posts to his various social media accounts related to his fitness routines, many of which feature him wearing clothing from the line.
On Christmas morning, the actor posted a video featuring personal trainer Shannon Helm and his workout partner Anthony Thomas in the gym.
In the video, the Boogie Nights star mentioned that even though it was a holiday, he was looking to get a head start on the upcoming new year with regards to his fitness.
Wahlberg had previously posted a similar video on Thanksgiving depicting him doing some weighted leg dips while Thomas and Helm made sure he was not hurting himself.

He listed the things that he was grateful for during the holiday season as he put in several reps.
In an interview with Men’s Health, Wahlberg commented on how his workout and diet routines were designed for all-around growth and were meant to keep him functioning at a high physical level.
‘Between work, I want to grow and evolve and be in the best possible shape for life…that’s being strong, mobile, flexible, no inflammation, feeling good,’ he said.
The actor also spoke about how his wide-ranging film roles required him to become physically versatile with regard to his fitness routines, which he welcomed.
He added, ‘I was willing to work harder than everybody else…You do whatever it takes to become the part.’
