Man Utd target Alex Telles ‘offered to Man City’ in big transfer development

Manchester United target Alex Telles has reportedly been offered to Manchester City. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants to sign the Porto star before Monday’s transfer deadline to provide competition for Luke Shaw and Brandon Williams at left-back.
