Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed last week that the pair are facing a spell on the sidelines with minor injuries.
The Norwegian otherwise has no injury concerns before Tuesday’s match at Old Trafford.
Marcus Rashford and Victor Lindelof look set to start after missing the win against Fulham on the weekend.
Fred looks set to be welcomed back to the squad despite being left out of the 18 for the trip to London.
United are looking to extend their unbeaten run to 12 matches in all competitions since Solskjaer replaced Jose Mourinho.
PSG have been hit hard with star forward Edinson Cavani joining Neymar and Thomas Meunier on the sidelines.
“Of course any team that is missing players like Neymar, Cavani and Meunier will feel the affect,” Solskjaer said.
“But it gives other players a chance and maybe they are more unpredictable for us with who they are going to play.
“When you’ve see that front three for the whole season you know what to expect but this time around we’re guessing a little bit.”
