Paige believes Shannon’s exit isn’t all that it seems and explained why,.
She told Grazia Instagram viewers: “Now I think there’s going to be Casa Amor, and I think Shannon will lead the new girls in, and then the video will be sent back to them in the main villa.”
Paige claims she had seen a tweet, ahead of this year’s show, from producers saying that contestants can rejoin the show at any time
She added: “I’ve actually seen a tweet, just before the live, that said they had changed the terms and conditions and terms and the producers can basically bring somebody back at any time.’
Paige’s Love Island partner Finley Tapp added: “It seemed very sudden. Like, “ooh, I’ve got a text guys, I’ve been dumped.”
A secret villa could add the twist to the show that fans need.
Paige and Finn also spilled the beans on how little the contestants are told about the outside world events during their time on the programme.
Finn said: “Like we’d never heard of COVID-19 or Coronavirus.”
“Yeah, [the producers] pull you into a room and they just sort of sit you ‘down and it’s almost like a debrief of just preparing you for what’s gone on since you’ve been in there and stuff like that.
Wacky things like, there’s been this article, there’s been this article, and then the last one they just threw in was like, “Oh and this like this virus spreading around the world” and we’re like what ?”
Paige added: “So like when we were coming out we were debriefed with what’s been happening in the world, but [we were told] there is this virus and we don’t think it’s going to be a big deal.
And literally two weeks later Boris Johnson was like, “Right, lockdown”.
