Love Island Scot Anton writes manual to help you be 'Best version of yourself'

Love Island Scot Anton Danyluk has written a book to help people become the best version of themselves.

Personal trainer turned reality star Anton revealed the news about his fitness manual to his followers on social media after teasing them that he had some big news.

Some asked if he had moved in with fellow Love Island Scot Laura Anderson who had also hinted she has big news to tell about her living arrangements.

Others suggested: “Book, clothing or sports brand.” and one told him he could be the next James Bond,

Today Anton revealed his big secret – that he was soon to become a published author – and gave followers a sneak preview of the book’s cover.

He told fans: “I’m so excited to reveal the jacket for my forthcoming book Anton Danyluk: 50 Steps to the Best Version of Yourself.

“I’ve been on an incredible journey and I’ve learnt some important things along the way.

“As things start returning to a new normal, do we all need to take a look at ourselves, is it time to hit reset?

“To try and live our best lives? I’m on a mission to encourage others who are struggling with their wellbeing and fitness and I want to help everyone live healthy and happy lifestyles.”

Anton who moved to Dubai permanently over lockdown has always trained in his own gym on his family owned ranch.

His new book is set to be published by Bloomsbury on August 5.
