Louise Redknapp claims that she has been ‘ghosted’ on dating apps following her split from husband Jamie Redknapp.
The 46-year-old former Eternal songstress, who has been single since 2017, admitted that she was left baffled when a guy on a dating app simply stopped talking to her.
Her dating woes come almost four years after Louise and ex-Liverpool player Jamie announced their split after 19 years of marriage.
While Jamie has since moved on with model Frida Andersson-Lourie, Louise appears to have faced some setbacks on her quest for love when faced with the modern world of dating apps.
According to The Sun, Louise has written about a certain experience during which she was ghosted after talking about a bike ride.
“I had what I thought was a good chat with a guy, and then one day he asked me what I was up to,” she wrote in the book.
“I said, ‘Oh, I’m just going for a bike ride’. And that was the end of that. It’s been five months and no reply.
Louise was baffled by the radio silence and it left her wondering what she had done wrong.

The television star added: “I’m just sitting here wondering what was it that I said? Are bike rides that unattractive?
“Basically, this is a way to say the new world of dating is so opaque and difficult to navigate.”
The mum of two admitted that the ‘new world of dating’ was difficult, before adding: “It’s easy to feel you’ve done or said something wrong, when in reality it’s not on you.”
She also added in her book that her sons are hopeful that she will meet someone new and they have even given her some dating tips.
Louise and Jamie were quite the celebrity power couple until their marriage collapsed in 2017.
The star’s latest revelations about her dating struggles came shortly after she revealed an epic throwback on social media alongside her two sons.
In the snap, Louise cuddled her sons as she took a trip down memory lane and reflected on some of her favourite moments as Charley and Beau grew up.
The pictures will also be appearing in her new book.
Alongside the throwback, she wrote: “I loved looking through old photographs for my book ‘You’ve Got This’ – I just had to include this one of me and the boys when they were younger when they used to smile having their photo taken.”
