The Scots presenter said that the Duke of York needs to ‘get real’ as he remains tight-lipped ahead of his case.
According to The Mirror, Virgina Giuffre filed a lawsuit against Prince Andrew and her legal team will serve the papers on the Royal.
A judge in New York will hear the latest developments in the case and will rule on whether he thinks the papers have been properly served under an agreement between the US and UK governments.
Speaking about the latest developments on the case, Lorraine demanded that Prince Andrew ‘needs to get real’ if he thinks he can simply ‘slot back into’ the royal family.
Discussing the court case with a royal expert on Monday’s instalment of the show, Lorraine said: “He seems to think he can just come back to Royal life.
“You wonder about him. Like mate, have you seen that interview you did? Have you watched it?
“Of course he has denied all these allegations. Of course he has, but this is definitely not going anywhere and it’s going to be hugely embarrassing.”

Lorraine went on to share her sorrow for Her Majesty who ‘must be finding it hard’ during this turbulent time.
Her rant comes after it was confirmed that Prince Andrew is currently staying with the Queen on the Balmoral Estate in Aberdeenshire for the second time this summer.
The Duke of York has not been at the Royal Lodge – his official residence where he lives with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson – for some time now.
The royal will be in Balmoral at 9pm when the hearing takes place at 4pm US time.
Prince Andrew has strongly denied any wrongdoing, and has previously said that he has never met Virgina.
Speaking to the BBC about Ms Giuffre’s allegations in 2019, Prince Andrew said they “never happened”.
“It didn’t happen. I can absolutely categorically tell you it never happened. I have no recollection of ever meeting this lady, none whatsoever.”
