Demonstrating how much of a difference breathing in can make, she urged all her followers to embrace the body they’re in.

She was flooded with comments from fans and celeb pals alike

She was told she looked 20

“We inhale and exhale, our tummy goes in and it comes out – that’s how we breathe, that’s how we stay alive,” Saira wrote.

“My tummy is not flat. It is rounded and when I eat, it gets full and gets rounder still. This is totally and utterly normal. If I did not eat – my tummy would be flat.”

And during the pandemic, Saira has become one of the Loose Women roster’s most outspoken members.

She recently took aim at Health Secretary Matt Hancock in a blistering verbal attack after he was spotted not wearing a face mask while being chauffeured about.

She laid into Matt Hancock

“I’m a busy mum, I work, I’m trying to get through all of this,” she said.

“Sometimes I watch the news and I might see Matt Hancock getting a car and visually think ‘It’s alright he’s not wearing his so I don’t need to wear a face mask.'”

The government pointed out to the show that it’s not a legal requirement to wear a mask in a chauffeur-driven car.

But Saira wasn’t backing down, adding: “My point is wherever you obliged or not, if you want to drum home the message that a face mask is a necessity wear it at all times because you are setting an example to the nation.”
