Third takes on fourth in Saturday’s Premier League early kick-off, as Leicester City take on champions Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopp’s Reds have lost their last two Premier League fixtures heading into today’s game.

The Reds lost 1-0 to Brighton, followed by a 4-1 humbling at the hands of Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.

At this point last season, Liverpool were 19 points clear at the top, but now find themselves 10 points off league leaders Manchester City having played a game more.

They’re also five points adrift of second-placed rivals Manchester United, and three off today’s opponents Leicester.

Leicester are looking to get back to good form in the league as well, Brendan Rodgers’ team have won just two of their last five Premier League games.

In terms of team news, main man Jamie Vardy should be back for The Foxes after featuring from the bench in their last game against Wolves.

James Justin will most definitely be missing for today’s game, with boss Brendan Rodgers confirming that the wing-back will face a lengthy spell on the sidelines.

As for Liverpool, Virgil Van Dijk, Joel Matip and Joe Gomez are still far off returning.

Stand-in centre-back Fabinho is set to miss today’s game, with Klopp confirming that the midfielder picked up a knock.

Midfielder Nady Keita is still out, and summer signing Diogo Jota is not set to return until the end of February.

January signings Ben Davies and Ozan Kabak could feature, with the Reds limited for options in the centre of defence.
