Khloe Kardashian would take back cheating ex Tristan 'in a heartbeat'

Khloe Kardashian is reportedly struggling to come to terms with the end of her relationship with her boyfriend Tristan Thompson.

The model and businesswoman broke up with the basketball star, 30, a few weeks ago after multiple reports suggested he had two-timed her once again.

But while she is trying to build a new life without him, she’s believed to still has feelings for the Boston Celtics star.

An insider told Us Weekly, “Khloe still loves Tristan and would take him back in a heartbeat, but that’s not happening any time soon.”

“She’s trying to just adjust and transition into being friendly coparents and separate her emotions from him,” they continued.

The former couple spent much of lockdown last year living together.

“They spent pretty much 24/7 together and now that she broke up with him, they’re not around each other as much anymore.

“They remain amicable toward each other and will continue to coparent. Things just didn’t work out,” added the source.

It is thought Khloe, 37, and Tristan reconciled last year after the sportsman allegedly strayed, and on the surface, things had been going well for them.

But they are believed to have split again several apart weeks ago.

During the reunion show marking the end of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe did not talk about the break up.

Instead, she struggled to answer when she was asked about her boyfriend: “Do you trust him?”

She said, “I mean, I definitely trust him as a friend and all those things..

“I just need to trust and focus on today and go day by day. I can’t worry too much about everything else.

“I know the growth and the work that he’s done,” she continued.

“I know all the help that he’s got, and the constant efforts that he makes every single day, and how hard he fought to get back with me currently.

“I don’t understand why someone would go through all that if they weren’t really serious,” she added.

The insider told Us Weekly the latest rumours of an indiscretion was the last straw for Khloe.

“They were doing well up until these girls came out saying they hooked up with Tristan,” the source went on.

“She struggles because Tristan is the father of True, and she wants to be on good terms with him but is having trouble because she sees him as a cheater and thinks it’ll continue to happen if she takes him back.”

The couple have been together since 2016 and have a daughter together, True, now aged three.

The first time Khloe forgave Tristan was days before True’s birth, even though he had admitted to seeing another woman.

A year after that, the couple broke up again when Tristan allegedly cheated with model Jordyn Woods, who was a friend of Khloe’s sister Kylie Jenner.

Khloe recently posted a series of steamy pics and captioned the images “Lessons learnt.”

She discussed how she feels about Jordyn in the reunion show, stating she forgave her for her part in the indiscretion.

“I personally don’t talk to her, but I think she’s doing really well in her personal life,”she said.

“I think that’s a huge misconception [that I only forgave Tristan]. That’s also the thing where some narratives aren’t as fun to pass around and spread like wildfire.

“I don’t have any grudge against Jordyn,” she continued. “I think people make mistakes, people live, and they learn and I forgive both parties.

“How could I forgive Tristan and not Jordyn? That sounds asinine in my opinion.”
