Khloe Kardashian lets out 'frustration' in the gym after anger over leaked snap

Khloe Kardashian has let out her “frustration” in the gym after anger over a leaked unedited snap.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 36, was recently at the centre of a social media furore surrounding the accidental release of an unedited photo of Khloe and her team later trying to get it removed from the Internet.

Khloe even released her own statement about it and showed off her body in snaps and a live video of herself and her “body unretouched and unfiltered”.

The reality TV star also posted quotes on Instagram about “letting go” and also appeared to take a swipe at social media trolls.

Now in a clip posted on Thursday (April 8) to her Instagram Stories, Khloe is seen standing in the gym around her work-out equipment.

The third-eldest Kardashian sister then makes a statement about how she is utilising exercise for her mental health.

Khloe says in the clip: “Therapy time! So this is my therapy and I don’t think anyone works out better or stronger than someone that’s frustrated, angry, mad, determined.

“Let it all out in the gym because that’s what I’m about to do.”

It comes after Khloe shared a statement about the recent unedited snap and livestreamed herself stripping off her baggy sweatshirt to reveal her real body on Instagram.

At the beginning of her lengthy written piece, Khloe penned: “Hey guys, this is me and my body unretouched and unfiltered.

“The photo that was posted this week is beautiful.

“But as someone who has struggled with body image her whole life, when someone takes a photo of you that isn’t flattering in bad lighting or doesn’t capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point – and then shares it to the world – you should have every right to ask for it to not be shared – regardless of who you are.”

The beauty later commented in the statement: “In truth, the pressure, constant ridicule and judgement my entire life to be perfect and to meet other’s standards of how I should look has been too much to bear.”

She also noted: “My body, my image and how I choose to look and what I want to share is my choice. It’s not for anyone to decide or judge what is acceptable or not anymore.”

Khloe signed off the statement by penning: “We are all unique and perfect in our own way. Whichever way one chooses to be seen.

“I have realised that we cannot continue to live life trying to fit into the perfect mould of what others have set for us. Just do you and make sure your heart is happy.”
