Katie Price has shared her pride in eldest son Harvey as he gets serious about health and fitness.
Harvey was born with septo-optic dysplasia, Prader-Willi Syndrome, is autistic and partially blind.
His condition leads to struggles with hunger and being overweight, and last year Katie told she feared for his health after his weight nearly reached 29 stone.
Harvey has since started eating healthier and taking more walks to get in shape, and has lost a huge two stone.
And yesterday proud mum Katie shared a screengrab of one of his messages, revealing that he’d been out for a jog.
The 18-year-old wrote: “Hi mummy. I did some of a lot running before richley house this Afternoon because I feel very happy and very healthy doing some running. I’ll Sure see you soon Mummy love from Harvey.”
Katie captioned it with some heart emojis and told: “Harvey sent me this from residential today.”
“He is such a wonderful young man,” one comment read.
“Boss mum you should be proud of yourself,” another commended Katie.
“This melts my heart,” another gushed.
Katie recently opened up about Harvey’s conditions and struggles with weight in BBC documentary Katie Price: Harvey & Me.
“Every time I’ve had a kid I’ve just wished them happy and healthy,” she explained.
“Is Harvey healthy? Well he’s on medication, well no he’s obese. We try and keep him healthy but he’s obviously got his problems.”
Last year, she expressed fears she’d lose him if he didn’t start to lose weight soon.
Meanwhile, Katie’s on Cloud Nine after Carl Woods proposed.
The couple were first linked in July last year and have since gone from strength to strength.
They’re currently house-hunting together, Katie reportedly insisting their marital home have enough room for her five kids and their pals to stay over.
Carl’s been a hit with Katie’s kids, especially Harvey, to whom he’s grown very close since the summer.
In one sweet clip Katie shared to Instagram, Harvey even asks if he can call Carl “daddy.”
His biological dad is Dwight Yorke, who Katie has repeatedly invited to reach out to his son.
And the former glamour model is set to put her cooking skills to the test as she takes on 19 other big names in the upcoming series of Celebrity MasterChef.
She’ll be hoping to dazzle Gregg Wallace and John Torode with her culinary delights – but has warned she could burn a cup of tea.
