Katharine McPhee and David Foster looked happy and in love while arriving at their wedding reception last night, hours after tying the knot in an intimate London ceremony – and her ring is seriously stunning.

Hours before their lavish wedding reception, Katharine, 35, and David, 69, were seen at the St Yeghiche Armenian Apostolic Church in Kensington on Friday afternoon.

The bride looked stunning in a cream Zac Posen gown with a billowing tulle skirt, while David wore a dapper black tuxedo.

After saying their vows, the newlyweds headed over to the Oswalds Club in Mayfair for their reception party. Katharine of course had a change of outfit and donned a strapless satin turquoise dress, although David appeared to keep the same suit on.

Ever the gentleman, music producer David held onto Katharine’s hand as she navigated the steps in her heels and the singer’s diamond wedding ring was pretty hard to miss.

Around 100 guests reportedly attended the couple’s intimate wedding ceremony, including TV star Dr Phil, tennis player Roger Federer and Zac Posen, who designed her gorgeous gown.

A source earlier told the Daily Mail of the ceremony: ‘It won’t be a big showbiz wedding like his previous nuptials. This one is more focused on their respective families and very close friends.’

David has been married four times before and has five daughters and seven grandchildren, while Katharine was previously married to actor Nick Cokas between 2008 and 2014.

During her appearance on Good Morning Britain in March, Katharine defended their 34-year age gap and said: ‘I know I’m the one to tame the beast. We both tamed each other, we have a lot in common.

‘We obviously know we have a big age difference but we don’t need to talk about that.’

Before tying the knot, Katharine confirmed they were set to marry by posting a sweet tribute to David with a video of her singing Somewhere Over The Rainbow.

The sweet caption read: ‘Exactly 13 years ago today my very first single, Somewhere Over The Rainbow, was released right after Idol.

‘Today… I’m marrying the man who produced it. Life is full of beautiful coincidences, isn’t it? Thank you for taking me over the rainbow, David.’
