Justin Bieber has reportedly splashed out almost £1,000 (over $1,000) to buy cannabis products.
The singer, 27, was spotted at the Wonderbrett recreational cannabis store in Los Angeles on Monday afternoon wearing a green-and-white checked Liberal Youth Ministry top.
And the Peaches singer is said to have appropriately opted for Wonderbrett’s peach OZ fruit purée edibles and one of every Wonderbrett strain, including Pink Picasso, OZ Kush, Pineapple OG and Orange Sunset.
While in the shop, Justin chatted with the brand’s co-founder Brett Feldman, who told Page Six : “He was there for 20 minutes, spent over $1,000, very personable, asked a lot of questions.”
Brett continued to say the singer was “very interested” in the products.
Justin previously opened up about his past drug abuse in a docuseries called Seasons, which was released last year.
“The first time I smoked weed was in my backyard here — got super-stoned,” he said. “And then I realised I liked weed a lot. That’s when my desire to smoke weed started, and then I started smoking weed for a while.”
He admitted that he soon noticed that he was no longer a recreational user and had developed a dependency for the drug.
“That’s when I realised that I had to stop,” he said in the series. “I don’t think it’s bad. It’s just that for me, it can be a dependency.”
He revealed that he also took other drugs as a way to “escape” and confessed: “People don’t know how serious it got. It was legit crazy, scary.”
He admitted that he now uses a hyperbaric chamber and endures IV infusions in an attempt to remove toxins from his body following years of abuse.
“I’ve abused my body in the past and now I’m just in the recovery process trying to make sure I’m taking care of my body and taking care of the vessel that God’s given me,” he continued.
Last month, Justin was also reported to have splashed out on a £1,000 a night luxury Greek getaway for him and wife Hailey.
The singer and his model wife, 24, were spotted been soaking up the sunshine on the Greek island of Ios and made sure their suite was up to their lavish standards.
The room features a large private outdoor pool as well as an indoor cave pool with views of Papas Bay.
