Ex-Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson posed up a storm ahead of releasing her new single Boyz, which has reportedly been delayed because P. Diddy wants to star in the video
Jesy Nelson has teased the release of her new single with a red-hot selfie.
The former Little Mix singer is about to release her new solo track Boyz, but has reportedly delayed the launch because rap legend P. Diddy wants to appear in the video.
Enjoying some downtime from her packed schedule, Jesy took to Instagram to share a very sultry selfie where she posed in a curve-hugging strapless red dress, matching lip and head full of gorgeous caramel curls.
looking every inch the pop princess, Jesy finished the ultra glamorous look with a thick gold chain and french manicure.
The post comes as her new single Boyz will sample P Diddy’s hit Bad Boy For Life, and now the artist formerly known as Puff Daddy wants to be in its promo, according to The Sun.
“Boyz has been pushed back by a couple of weeks due to unforeseen circumstances but it now means that P Diddy himself will make a cameo in the clip, which is incredible for Jesy,” an insider said.
“Jesy is determined for everything to be perfect and won’t cut corners when it comes to the release.
“The delay is not ideal as they had already started teasing the track on her socials, but Jesy and the team are making things work. Jesy is making the final touches to the video and it will be worth the wait.”

The source added the 30-year-old is still planning to release her new music next month, but only after Ed Sheeran releases his next single as he’ll be stiff competition for the top spot.
Someone else who looks likely to give Jesy competition is her former girl group Little Mix.
Jesy is set to go head-to-head with the band as the girls will battle it out in the charts.
The singer, who sensationally quit the group last year, had been set to release her new track at the same time her bandmates’ unveiled their tenth anniversary project.
Little Mix babes Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jade Thirlwall are also said to be set to release a previously unheard-of song for their milestone anniversary – one which may feature Jesy’s vocals.
Curious fans have come to the conclusion that the girlband may be set to release a greatest hits album.
It comes after Leigh-Anne shared a cryptic post with previously unheard-of lyrics.
The new mum wrote: “We walked through the fire and as the flames got higher, it made us survivors, yeah, it made us fighters.”
Fighter Jesy meanwhile is hoping to to crack America – with the help of Nicki Minaj and a global platform courtesy of the MTV Video Music Awards.
Fans have fuelled speculation that Nicki will feature on Jesy’s solo effort as the distinctive vocals of the Trinidadian-born rapper could be heard on the track that the former Little Mix star was dancing to.
