Scots Lotto winner Jane Park has bid farewell to Dubai after moving to the luxury destination over lockdown.
The 25-year-old, from Edinburgh, said “goodbye” to the UAE city on Monday as she appears to be getting ready to leave after a three-month trip in the sun.
The glamorous EuroMillions winner previously said she had emigrated to Dubai amid the tightening of lockdown restrictions back home, which requires all arrivals to quarantine in a hotel for 10 days.
Announcing her plans to leave on Instagram, Jane, who won £1million aged just 17, wrote: “Dubai, it was a pleasure. Not a goodbye but I’ll see you soon.”
The social media star regularly flaunted her trip on Instagram as she lounged by the pool, enjoyed restaurant dinners and sunbathed at the beach.
It is likely Jane will be forced to quarantine if she returns to Scotland, with each traveller required to pay £1,750.
In the UK under current Covid-19 restrictions, it is illegal to travel abroad for holidays and other leisure purposes unless you have a reasonable excuse such as work.
It comes after Jane moved to Dubai over Christmas to ‘improve her life and try and make 2021 more positive than 2020’.
The 25-year-old was forced to address the situation as she pleaded with Instagram followers to “stop with the Dubai abuse”.
She slammed trolls for calling her selfish and added she was “sorry” other people are not in the same financial position as her to be able to make such a move.
A number of UK influencers were blasted over “work trips” to luxury resorts.
