James Corden 'doubles wealth' as fortune soars to £50m after Hollywood move

James Corden is raking it in after his personal fortune reportedly  doubled inside a few years – and more cash could be coming his way very soon.

The 42-year-old Late Late Show host’s value now exceeds £50million, accounts show reports The Sun.

Former Gavin & Stacey star James’ gamble moving Stateside seems to have paid off handsomely.

While in America, he became a partner at TV and film production company Fulwell 73.

Their latest accounts have been posted and they show the firm now has assets worth £140m.

As of five full partners, Brit James’ share is nearly £30 million.

Now CBS are “pulling out all the stops” to keep him – and could double his deal

A source told The Sun : “James took a huge gamble when he moved to LA in 2015 to anchor The Late Late Show. It could have spectacularly backfired, but it has paid off big time.

“His career has gone from strength to strength and shows no sign of slowing down.

“James has a invested wisely in Fulwell, which is a company he cares deeply about…

“There is no doubt it has been a good investment.”

James has had great success since leaving the UK

Fans first fell in love with him on Gavin & Stacey

He could soon be coining it in again.

James could be offered the chance to double his salary to stop him quitting The Late Late Show, it has been claimed.

CBS are reportedly “pulling out all the stops” in a bid to get him to extend his three-year deal.

James now mixes with mega stars at home and across the Atlantic

A source told The Mirror: “By talking about how he might return home, some see this as James playing the game.

“It suggests to the top honchos he’ll walk if he’s not compensated enough.

“The feeling is James is worth double and bosses are reluctantly starting to accept that.

“The last thing TV brass want is to lose James to a rival.”
