Jack Grealish caught looking 'unhappy' by Jamie Redknapp as new Man City role 'not ideal'

“But look at the space he is in. It works because you’ve got the runners of [Phil] Foden and [Raheem] Sterling running in behind.

“What’s good about it is the system. He’s good at drawing out spaces. But he’s so unlucky to not get a goal today.

“In terms of maturity of his game, I’ve seen a lot of it today. Grealish is used to playing in that left hand side.

“When you’re in that position as a striker the angles are not there. But he’ll get used to it. We know Grealish is about taking people on, but today we saw something more.”

The Citizens’ win moves them to the top of the Premier League for the first time this season.
