Wimbledon 2022 has already seen some major twists and turns – particularly the crashing out of British champions Andy Murray and Emma Raducanu.

But many games are yet to be played and several GB hopefuls will be taking to the court to make it into the quarterfinals.

So, will Wimbledon be on our screens today and how can you watch the tournament?

Is Wimbledon on today?

Traditionally, no matches are played on Sunday at Wimbledon unless there are delays caused by bad weather or other disruptions – but this year is different.

Sue Barker will be back today to present live coverage on the seventh day of the tournament.

The fourth round of men’s and women’s singles matches – known as the ’round of 16′ section of the Championship – will be played throughout the day.

As usual, these will all be broadcast on the BBC – either live on TV or via the red button and iPlayer.

The winners of this round will get through to the quarterfinals of the tournament and therefore significantly increase their chances of winning the competition.
